By accessing or using AiStudyBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiStudyBuddy provides AI-powered educational support, including file analysis and contextual Q&A for students. We may modify or enhance features without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
  • Do not use the app for harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and generated outputs remain the property of AiStudyBuddy or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

6. Subscription and Tokens

  • Free users have limited access via token-based usage.
  • Paid plans (if applicable) grant extended or unlimited access.
  • Tokens may reset monthly or upon upgrade.

7. Refund Policy

  • There are no Refunds. Users may use the platform until plan is cancelled or expired

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated answers and are not liable for any academic or legal consequences from usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AiStudyBuddy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
